Business System Analyst

Job Title: Robotic Process Automation Business Analyst

Qualifications:

1. Possess Bachelor Degree from a reputable University in computer science, information technology, or information system.
2. At least 3 years experience in complex system implementation, including project planning & tracking, requirement gathering, impact assessment & analysis, translate business/finance requirement to system logic, testing, & documentation.
3. Basic understanding of programming logic to liaise with engineering counterparts.
4. Ability to read code to investigate bugs or identify changes needed in a project.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. English proficiency is a must both in written and verbal.
7. Experience with a technology company, startup or consulting desired.
8. Must understand common technology for custom and packaged applications.
9. Knowledgeable in financial reporting and accounting practices is a plus.
10. Experience with financial audit is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
2. Create detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
3. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
4. Develop a solution using internal tools.
5. Partner with developers to design, test, and implement new systems or system changes.
6. Develop and recommend innovative solutions to optimize workflows.
7. Ensure solutions meet user requirements and business goals.
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and user guides.
9. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
