About the Role

We are SmartCyber, a member of Cybertrend, one of Indonesia's leading data science consulting firms.

At CYBERTREND, we believe every company can unlock its full potential. We are seeking a Business Solution Head — a seasoned, hardworking, intelligent, and ambitious Data Analytics, Data Science & Management Consultant. This role involves selling technology solutions to senior executives, supporting our sales team to meet revenue targets.

You will translate customer business challenges into data solutions and articulate the unique value proposition CYBERTREND offers. Responsibilities include building and executing custom demos, proof of concepts, and executive presentations, supporting new customer acquisition and upselling to existing clients. Success is measured by new customer acquisition, upselling, and contribution to overall sales.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in customer-facing data analytics roles
• Proven experience in consultative approaches to solving business challenges and overcoming technical objections
• Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with senior executives
• Curiosity about global markets, business trends, and challenges
• Experience in scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and proof of value
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and quick comprehension of new topics
• Motivated, visionary, and proactive in driving solution innovation
• Excellent technical business writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in any major; passion for data analytics, data management & governance, data science, and AI technology

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers through discovery workshops and understanding their initiatives and challenges
• Identify opportunities for Cybertrend’s products and solutions to improve customer performance
• Lead product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept projects to showcase value
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to design solutions that deliver value and ROI
• Present to senior executives to outline opportunities, solutions, and business cases for investment
