The Position:

1. Assist the commercial team with sample coordination using a web-based project system and monitor the delivery process to customers.
2. Manage customer document requests and maintain a log of samples and documents provided.
3. Oversee and update project data in the system and generate monthly reports summarizing key activities.
4. Coordinate the registration of new products into the system and work closely with relevant stakeholders.
5. Handle the purchase of promotional items and general office supplies.
6. Support the organization and coordination of company-wide events, meetings, and conferences.
7. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Minimum 5 years of working experience with a degree in Business or related technical field.
2. Strong coordination, presentation, and communication skills.
3. Ability to interpret and convey abstract data and insights clearly.
4. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
5. High level of computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Quick to learn and adapt to new IT systems including navigating SAP (CRM & ERP).
7. Exposure to Project Management and Process Management will be an added advantage.
8. Service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and proactive.
