Job Summary

Develops and manages relationships with distribution partners on a global, regional, or local level. Ensures retention and growth of the existing portfolio and improvements in service levels. Identifies opportunities and steers business by engaging relevant experts within Zurich. Actively prospect and incorporate distribution partners to build a distribution network.

Job Accountabilities - Key Responsibilities

  1. Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with distribution partners.
  2. Conducts regular meetings with partners to discuss solutions and evaluate improvement potential.
  3. Meets annual financial and operational targets for their portfolios (e.g., retention, new business).
  4. Fully engages in new business tenders and presentations as required.
  5. Develops and nurtures relationships with key partners.
  6. Acts as the single point of entry for distribution partners into Zurich, escalating issues as needed, and facilitating relationships with Zurich subject matter experts.
  7. Establishes a consistent view of the customer across all Zurich businesses and institutionalizes customer relationships at appropriate levels.
  8. Maintains oversight of service delivery to ensure expectations are met; takes actions to reinforce partners' focus across teams.
