Job Summary

Develops and manages the relationship with distribution partners on a global, regional, or local level. Ensures retention and growth of the existing portfolio and improvements in service levels. Identifies opportunities and steers business through the engagement of relevant experts within Zurich. Actively prospecting and incorporating distribution partners to build a distribution network.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  1. Builds and maintains a strong understanding, working, and trust-based relationship with distribution partners.
  2. Conducts regular meetings with distribution partners to discuss current solutions and evaluate improvement potential.
  3. Meets the annual financial and operational targets set for their portfolios (e.g., retention, new business objectives).
  4. Fully engages in new business tenders and presentations as required.
  5. Develops and nurtures relationships with key customer contacts.
  6. Adheres to standard sales approaches and tools and adopts the agreed format for pipeline management.
  7. Acts as the distribution partner's single point of entry into Zurich, taking overall responsibility and escalating issues as required, while facilitating relationships with other Zurich subject matter experts.
  8. Establishes a consistent view of the customer across all Zurich businesses and institutionalizes customer relationships at all appropriate functions and levels.
  9. Maintains oversight of service delivery to ensure service expectations are fulfilled; takes actions to enforce and reinforce partners' focus across teams.
  10. Maintains data integrity within relevant systems.
  11. Provides input and contributes to the enhancement of Zurich products and services when required.
