Job Descriptions:

Work closely with board of directors, create minutes of meeting and have a discussion with other department head / stakeholders on business purpose

Collect data, create comprehensive reports on business activities and analysis report for decision making

Manage important company documents and data, including manual and digital archiving.

Create simple financial reports,accounting andtax reports, and other administrative documentsand comprehensive reports.

Assisting the sales team with the preparation of offers, customer data analysis, and smooth sales activities.

Supporting smooth operations in various divisions (export-import, port agency, liner agency) and ensure the completeness of operational documents.

Communicate with clients/customers, vendors, principals, vendors and stakeholders regarding import-export services,operational, and problem solving.

Assist management in preparing agendas, schedules, and other personal administrative needs.

Qualifications:

Minimal have 3 years of experience to work closely with management and board of directors

Have experience as secretary, personal assistant and business relations is a plus

Experienced in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheet), Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and Excel) and project management tools (Trello / Notion), familiarity with ERP system is a plus!

Good communication skills in Bahasa and English with cross department, stakeholders, principals and vendors

Excellent administration skills and ability to create comprehensive and detail reports

Able to work in a fast-paced company, high tolerance of pressure and able to be contacted on the weekends and after office hours

Attention to details, good time management and multitask, able to work with minimum supervision, dynamic person and team player, proactive, eager to explore and learn new things, and flexible to work outside working hours
