Responsible for conducting end-to-end (E2E) business acquisition procedures to achieve targeted business goals and deliver a high-quality acquisition process.
What will you do:
- Generate, maintain, and expand business opportunities with new and existing merchants related to TPV & TPT achievement.
- Assist and ensure smooth integration processes for partner onboarding.
- Retain existing merchants by keeping them active and productive.
- Maintain good relationships with partners and banks.
- Drive business growth by identifying development opportunities and conducting research on customers, markets, and competitors.
- Forecast future sales and develop sales plans and strategies.
- Understand merchants' problems and challenges, and identify ways to better address their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Support and Integration, Product Owner, Care, and Legal to find solutions for merchants and enhance merchant satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks related to merchant data, including creating sales proposals and renewing contracts.
What we are looking for:
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in business acquisition, development, and partnerships.
- Background and experience in fintech and payment products, working with stakeholders like schemes, banks, and non-bank financial service companies.
- Ability to identify strategic growth areas and new revenue streams in fintech and payments.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially Product teams, to implement new product plans and ideas.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Legal, Commercial, and Tech teams.
- Ability to develop business cases that articulate strategy, value propositions, investments, and financial returns.
- Willingness to work from the office in Bali.
