About the job

Responsible for conducting end-to-end (E2E) business acquisition procedures to achieve targeted business goals and deliver a high-quality acquisition process.

What will you do:

  1. Generate, maintain, and expand business opportunities with new and existing merchants related to TPV & TPT achievement.
  2. Assist and ensure smooth integration processes for partner onboarding.
  3. Retain existing merchants by keeping them active and productive.
  4. Maintain good relationships with partners and banks.
  5. Drive business growth by identifying development opportunities and conducting research on customers, markets, and competitors.
  6. Forecast future sales and develop sales plans and strategies.
  7. Understand merchants' problems and challenges, and identify ways to better address their needs.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams such as Support and Integration, Product Owner, Care, and Legal to find solutions for merchants and enhance merchant satisfaction.
  9. Handle administrative tasks related to merchant data, including creating sales proposals and renewing contracts.

What we are looking for:

  1. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in business acquisition, development, and partnerships.
  2. Background and experience in fintech and payment products, working with stakeholders like schemes, banks, and non-bank financial service companies.
  3. Ability to identify strategic growth areas and new revenue streams in fintech and payments.
  4. Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially Product teams, to implement new product plans and ideas.
  5. Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Legal, Commercial, and Tech teams.
  6. Ability to develop business cases that articulate strategy, value propositions, investments, and financial returns.
  7. Willingness to work from the office in Bali.
