IKEA Indonesia is seeking an eCommerce Manager to drive digital transformation and optimize our e-Commerce platform. This role involves leading digital initiatives, managing e-Commerce tools, and enhancing customer experience through actionable insights. Strong experience in eCommerce and project management is essential to support our mission of providing affordable and functional home furnishing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Min. 3+ years experience in eCommerce, Product Management, or Digital Operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of e-Commerce architecture, systems integration & product dependencies.

Job description

What you’ll be doing day to day:

Lead digital transformation initiatives across our e-Commerce platform. Drive continuous digital improvement initiatives in alignment with business objectives

Serve as the Product Owner and super user of internal e-Commerce tools, ensuring optimal functionality and usability

Monitor digital support tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs

Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documents

Collaborate with Regional product and tech teams to manage the prioritization, delivery of business requests and enhance our digital ecosystem

Actively track and analyze App store ratings and Pulse CX feedback to identify improvement areas and drive user experience enhancements. Advocate for scalable, cost-effective digital solutions that balance technical feasibility with business impact

We want you to be a person who:

Has background or relevant certification in Business, Computer Science

Min. 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Product Management, or Digital Operations

Experienced in Digital Ticketing tools, EC platforms or analytics dashboards

Strong grasp of e-Commerce architecture, systems integration & product dependencies. Solid understanding of EC tools, app solutions & backend flows. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus

Strong project management skill, ability to identify inefficiencies and introduce data-driven improvements, keeps up to date with the latest in digital tools, trends & technologies relevant to e-Commerce

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency, has Customer-Centric

Proactive & driven, able to articulate business needs and technical requirements clearly to both non-technical and technical stakeholders

Strategic problem-solver & works effectively across cross-functional teams and regional counterparts to align on shared goals and deliver results
