Job summary
Une entreprise leader dans la logistique recherche un responsable des ventes pour développer des opportunités dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique. Avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience, vous serez responsable de la gestion des projets tout en atteignant les objectifs de revenus. Vous devrez développer des stratégies de vente, gérer les opérations et établir des relations solides avec les clients. Ce rôle exige de fortes compétences en gestion de projet et en négociation, tout en respectant les normes de l'industrie.
Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Analyze client needs, provide customized project proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project milestones, resolve issues, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with vendors, agents, and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management.
- Ensure all sales projects comply with shipping industry standards, government regulations, and internal processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or business development, particularly in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategic solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
