Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality and mall industry.
Proven experience in SOP & Business Process review and creation.
Experience in leading continuous improvement projects.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
