Business Process Improvement & General Affair Coordinator

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Management.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality and mall industry.

Proven experience in SOP & Business Process review and creation.

Experience in leading continuous improvement projects.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.

Strong administrative skills.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct business process mapping and prepare SOPs in coordination with relevant departments.
  2. Review the suitability of systems, policies, procedures, and forms to ensure alignment with company strategy and regulations.
  3. Supervise the implementation of the quality management system in compliance with applicable standards.
  4. Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and performance.
  6. Design and manage continuous improvement programs and standardization processes to enhance company performance.
  7. Manage General Affairs operations, including office facilities, equipment procurement, and vendor management.
  8. Oversee asset management, procurement, and inventory control.
