Responsibilities
- Re-assess existing processes in business units under Jala Group entities.
- Create gap analysis and prioritize gaps that can have a domino effect or significant impact on the business.
- Conduct measurements and develop improvements to create more effective and efficient systems.
- Develop action and monitoring plans that can be executed by Business Units and the ERP Team.
- Coordinate with and involve the ERP Team in every improvement to ensure alignment with the existing system.
- Report to the Head of ESG on the progress and completion of action plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effects of implemented improvements.
- Draft SOPs requested by the business units and ensure they remain aligned with the current systems or improvements.
- Ensure there are no overlapping procedures that could cause inefficiency or ineffectiveness.
- Report monthly to the Head of ESG on document drafting progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science (graduates from any major are welcome).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially Odoo.
- Proven experience in process mapping, system integration, or workflow automation.
- Ability to use Microsoft Visio.
- Basic skills in reading and interpreting financial statements.
- Certified at least ISO 9001: Quality Management System (ISO 45001; Health & Safety Management System certification is a plus).
- Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes: procurement, inventory, production, sales, finance.
- Proficiency in Pareto Chart analysis, Six Sigma, etc.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good project management, reporting, and communication skills.
