Business Process Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze data related to business processes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop and recommend solutions for process improvement, including technology enhancements and best practices.
3. Assist in implementing process changes through effective communication, training, and support to stakeholders.
4. Estimate costs and identify potential business savings.
5. Simplify information, decipher technical jargon, and present solutions/data in a format all team members easily understand.
6. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project statuses to management and stakeholders.

Education and/or Experience:

1. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
2. 2 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role.
3. A proven ability to manage projects.
4. Experience in data visualization, process mapping.

Computer Skills:

1. A Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Word).
2. Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.

Language Skills:

1. Indonesia (required)
2. English (required minimum at fair level)

Work Environment:

1. Predominantly in Head Office and require occasional travel and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

1. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt) is a plus.
