Business Process Analyst

• Perform comprehensive gap analysis through process reviews to identify opportunities for cost efficiency and productivity gain
• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational objectives by prioritization and implementation of various initiatives
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across various functions to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and Operational excellence.
• Monitor and track the benefit realization of completed projects, ensuring that expected outcomes are achieved and documented
