Business Planning Staff - Manufacture - Cikande/Tangerang (C-121000)

The working venue is in Cikande/Tangerang.

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking forBusiness Planning Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning and formulation of management strategy (3C Analysis, SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis, 5Forces Analysis, Value Chain Analysis. Using various frameworks for strategy development).

Support and promotion of strategy implementation.

Performance evaluation and strategy review.

Reporting to senior management.

Understand the financial situation of the company. Evaluate the impact of strategy on finances (ROI, P/L, B/S, impact on CF, etc.) and work with FP&A.

New business revenue model building, market size estimation, competitive analysis, customer needs analysis.

Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

More than 5 years of working experience as Corporate planning or Strategy analyst position.

More than high conversational level English.

Experience in formulating and implementing business strategies in corporate and business planning.
