Job description

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Plan Senior Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and control of promotional budgets and costs, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales performance. You will also manage accurate promotional cost calculations and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting and Maintenance of Promotions in ND6:
    Set promotion budgets by region, database, and channel.
    Set promotion rules based on SKU promotion.
    Maintain and update promotional budgets.
  2. Control and Maintenance of SP-Cost:
    Determine SP (Selling Promotion) plans based on sales performance.
    Handle settlement processes for SP plans to GSP (General Selling Plan).
    Adjust variances and ensure process completion.
  3. Promotion Cost Calculation - ND:
    Perform sales closing by channel.
    Calculate promotion costs by channel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analyze, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business planning, finance, or sales support roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
