We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven individual to oversee our daily business operations, including production, packaging, and delivery. This role is crucial for supporting the growth of our skincare brand by managing supply chain processes and ensuring operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily operations such as production, packaging, and shipment
• Monitor production timelines, raw material inventory, and packaging procurement
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics partners
• Manage shipments for both B2B (clinics, distributors) and B2C (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) channels
• Prepare cost reports, analyze operational efficiency, and plan stock levels

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain
• At least 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management
• Experience in consumer goods or skincare is highly preferred
