The Role: Business Offer Manager Power System. What will you do?

Responsibilities
  • Product Operational Management
    • Responsible for Offer Operational tasks including pricing, price list, margin, transactional business model, offer data management, webpage information, configuration tool deployment, and SIOP for supply chain.
    • Liaison with internal teams including Marcom, Quality, Logistics, Tendering, Specifiers, and Channels.
    • Liaison with Global Product Owner to consolidate offer gaps and be the voice of customers.
    • Responsible for local certification.
    • Lead Annual Market Review (AMR).
    • Lead Annual Marketing & Sales Plan (AMSP) for Offer bricks.
  • Product Promotion
    • Product training and presentations (internal and external).
    • Promote local battle cards.
    • Promotion of product to customers.
    • Deploy value proposition including segment, channel, and prescription.
    • Collect market insights – competition, customers, products.
    • Contribute to events and trade shows.
  • Offer Management for mid-long term business development
    • E2E product lifecycle management – offer launch/withdrawal, roadmaps and influence LoBs.
    • Manage Hero Offer Launch, Forecast and Performance.
    • Identify new business potentials, build business cases, present to get management support, and drive the necessary action plan.
    • Develop product features and local battle cards.
    • Accountable for product performance including topline and margin.
    • Drive Power System growth via intermediate channels (Panel Builder and Contractor) with Channel sales team.
  • Strategic Planning of responsible offers/products
    • Define offer segmentation and positioning and GTM strategy including Partner strategy among SE ranges vs competition.
    • Build product strategy (including hardware, associated software and services) to address optimum, medium markets.
    • Build promotion strategy, demand generation plan and prescription plan.
    • Build value-based pricing strategy by segment and channel (Panel Builder and Contractor).
Qualifications
  • >8 years of experience with a proven track record in product marketing, product management, or tendering in the same or Power Distribution field.
  • Knowledge of Medium Voltage and Transformer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Good communications skills are critical for this/internal/external customer interface position.
  • Fluent level of verbal and written English.
