Job description

Meta is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as a Business Messaging Specialist for our strategic clients in APAC. If you are a highly motivated team player with experience in enterprise sales, bringing complex products to market, driving and measuring customer success, and have a bias for action, we would be excited to hear from you.

This role will primarily focus on growing our Business Messaging Platform/Products serving enterprise clients in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate will have enterprise experience, preferably in driving growth and consumption for SaaS solutions, especially in a revenue-oriented role. Responsibilities include building and delivering success with key clients by providing tailored solutions based on business needs, joint planning, and executing through internal cross-functional teams and external partners. Proven skills in Product Sales, Solutioning, and Customer Success are essential, along with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This position requires thriving in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with account teams, product, and engineering to develop strategies for increasing Business Messaging adoption and enhancing user experience. The role is based in our Jakarta office with some international travel expected.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build relationships and trust with client stakeholders across business, technical, customer experience, marketing, and other relevant areas, acting as a trusted advisor to transform their business through Meta Business Messaging.
  2. Understand clients’ business objectives and customer journeys; develop solutions leveraging Meta’s Business Messaging offerings and partners.
  3. Create compelling value propositions, business cases, and commercial structures to drive measurable outcomes.
  4. Develop strategic client plans to drive growth, including forecasting, risk assessment, and removal of blockers.
  5. Coordinate with support and engineering teams to resolve issues, identify root causes, and improve overall experience.
  6. Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to identify feature gaps and improvement opportunities.
  7. Share best practices and global learnings from client insights to improve product implementation and success.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years in enterprise sales and business experience.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in large-scale systems and data-driven discussions.
  3. Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership.
  4. Executive maturity and experience in building trust with complex stakeholders and articulating business value.
  5. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  6. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Industry knowledge and experience in Messaging.
  2. Experience with SaaS/CPaaS, CRM, Mar-Tech performance measurement.
