It’s a role that combines hard skills like programming, data modelling, and statistics with soft skills like communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. Candidates need a well-rounded background to balance the line between technology and the business.

Your Main Duties In Flying With Us

• Review and validate data
• Gather end-user reporting and dashboard requirements
• Deliver analysis, insights, reporting, data marts, and tools to support the business team
• Explore various datasets to generate insights, conclusions, and recommendations
• Build & maintain data marts and dashboards for tracking business OKRs and initiatives
• Identify product or business opportunities and support growth with experimentations and recommendations

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare

• Min 3 years experience in BI or Data Analyst role
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
• The ability to work both as a team and independently
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks while being goal-oriented
• Practical knowledge in SQL and Data Visualization and Reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Good understanding of statistical summaries and inference (hypothesis testing: t-test, ANOVA, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and Python/R for statistical analysis
