Job description

This position will drive business development and ensure profitability within their assigned area. It is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships, as well as optimizing revenue and operations to achieve target goals. This includes managing P&L, building relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with various teams.

Job Description
  1. Plan & oversee business development efforts for the company in assigned areas / clusters with a goal to onboard high-quality apartments / budget hotels onto the company's network.
  2. Identify new apartments / budget hotels that meet the company's standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness, etc., and pitch the partnership proposal.
  3. Negotiate commercial agreements with interested apartments / budget hotels.
  4. Strengthen relationships with existing apartment / budget hotel partners & other relevant stakeholders.
  5. Work closely with the revenue management team to drive topline for the partner apartment / budget hotel.
  6. Collaborate with other teams such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance, etc., to ensure smooth functioning of properties on a day-to-day basis.
  7. Require 3-6 years of high-quality experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
  8. Possess strong analytics skills and the ability to structure complex commercial arrangements.
  9. Exhibit strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  10. Enjoy roles that require meeting new people, building, and maintaining relationships.
  11. Demonstrate a high degree of ownership, a roll-up-your-sleeve attitude, and willingness to get tasks completed.
  12. Be comfortable working in cross-functional setups, collaborating with multiple teams locally and globally.
  13. Have local market knowledge of Indonesia, which is a must.
  14. Experience in early-stage startup environments is preferred.
