Job description

Business Growth Strategist will direct report to Group Head of Business Development

Business Growth Strategist role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities,

driving strategic initiatives, and fostering innovation to ensure sustainable growth across Taman

Safari Indonesia Group. This position combines elements of business development, strategic

planning, and project execution to support the company’s long-term vision in conservation,

education, and recreation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams aligned with the company's vision and mission.
  • Lead market research and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and propose innovative concepts, projects, or programs that drive business expansion and guest engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to develop and execute growth initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Innovation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, growth strategy, or innovation roles.
  • Experienced in consulting company is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing new ideas and business concepts.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or strong interest in the hospitality, recreation, or tourism industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
