About the Role

The Business Growth Senior Analyst will support the growth of our lending products by identifying business opportunities, analyzing trends, optimizing customer journeys, and partnering cross-functionally to drive sustainable performance. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.

Job description:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of multiple branches in terms of loan disbursement,collection efficiency, PAR (Portfolio at Risk), and overall operational targets.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, field inspections, and performance reviews.
  • Identify underperforming branches or areas and design turnaround strategies.
  • Analyze branch-level data to assess loan portfolio health.
  • Evaluate geographical performance to recommend branch remapping, relocations, or new branch openings.
  • Analyze client density, outreach efficiency, and market saturation to optimize branch network.
  • Compile and present branch performance reports to management.
  • Support digital transformation or automation projects at the branch level.
  • Deep understanding of microfinance lending methodologies (group lending, individual lending).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, growth strategy, or similar roles, preferably in lending or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of PAR management, delinquency trends, and client behavior.
  • Proficient in MIS systems, Excel, Google Spreadsheets and data reporting tools.
  • Understand SQL and able to make a SQL query
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to remote or rural branches.
  • Understanding of lending products, credit lifecycle, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional environment.
