Job description

Support the international expansion projects of the company’s F&B brands (e.g., store opening preparations, initial training, basic logistics, etc.).

Coordinate operational procedures across countries to ensure efficiency, standardization, and compliance with global standards.

Maintain communication with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain) to drive project implementation.

Serve as an administrative communication bridge between the headquarters and overseas branches.

Prepare standardized weekly/monthly operational reports.

Operational Support: Prepare and organize SOP documents, collect and track performance data, and compile routine reports.

Project Assistance: Assist in new store openings and coordinate between internal teams and local partners.

Communication: Handle administrative communications and organize meeting minutes.

Compliance Monitoring: Monitor food safety procedures and assist with audit tasks.

Process Optimization: Gather and analyze operational feedback, and propose improvement suggestions.

High School Diploma or above

Has experience in the F&B franchise industry such as K*i, Ch*time, F*re, etc

Possess 1–2 years of relevant work experience (in Operations, Supply Chain, or the F&B industry)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Must have at least passive and basic communication skills in English (reading and writing), candidates with active communication skills are preferred

Detail oriented and well organized

Fast learner and adaptable to change

Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and curious mindset

Willing to travel domestically and internationally
