Job description

Our client's company is a well-known apparel and fashion retail in Global, they are vastly growing their expansions and looking for someone that fits for their Store. Let's join our client to have a growth in your career onwards!

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, identify, survey, evaluate, and propose potential areas for company expansion.
  • Regularly analyze business reports to understand challenges in relation to the company's direction; prescribe countermeasures and propose improvements to management.
  • Negotiate rental and tenancy terms on behalf of the company.
  • Attend store opening activities, mall-related corporate events, activities, and appointments.
  • Analyze and advise on legal risks in lease/tenancy agreements and recommend countermeasures.
  • Build and maintain mature relationships with landlords, developers, landowners, investors, and bankers, negotiating effectively as a key company representative. Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely store openings.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a degree in Business Management, Communication, Legal or a related Business field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in retail management, with key exposure to retail leasing, strategic expansion, and store development (including new builds and renovations), especially experiences at mall expansions.
  • Systematic, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong understanding of laws, rules, and regulations related to the retail fashion industry.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Effective communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
