Job summary

A leading healthcare solutions provider in Central Java is seeking a Sales/Marketing professional to acquire government sector clients and achieve sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, extensive travel across Indonesia, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of B2G experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing for Business to Government (B2G).
  • Preferably understands healthcare facilities and has experience in Business Development for Electronic Medical Records.
  • Possesses a SIM A and SIM C (Indonesian driving licenses).

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers in the government sector to achieve sales targets.
  • Build business relationships and act as a problem solver for clients.
  • Prepare work reports and manage budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing for Business to Government (B2G).
  • Preferably understands the needs of healthcare facilities and has experience in Business Development for Electronic Medical Records.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in public, confidence, teamwork ability, and the capability to work under high pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
  • Possesses aSIM A and SIM C(Indonesian driving licenses).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Placement Location:Central Java (preferred: Semarang).
  • Owns a vehicle for business trips outside the city.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers in the government sector, such as the Health Department, Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), and others, to achieve sales targets and maintain existing customers.
  • Build business relationships with customers and act as a problem solver for issues raised by clients.
  • Establish connections with relevant partners and/or associations to secure business positions.
  • Prepare work reports while managing budgets.
