As a Business Executive managing the Bali area, you will be responsible for executing all marketing strategies, objectives, and activities to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and effectively implement processes and strategies in your area, while balancing the demands of multiple customers and achieving a high ROI on sales resources.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive marketing plans for existing and new products.
  • Creating innovative marketing strategies aligned with company guidelines and legislation to meet sales and marketing goals.
  • Conducting field visits with Sales Representatives and Area Sales Managers to gather feedback on campaigns and market dynamics.
  • Building a pipeline of Key Opinion Leaders focused on hospital care disciplines.
  • Developing local health economics models and leveraging clinical studies to support industry standards and drive market conversion.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in hospital care.
  • Healthcare or scientific background is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
