ABOUT MANCER

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’re not just here to close deals. You’ll be shaping how Mancer builds long-term relationships with Web3 projects, DAOs, and communities across the globe. Your job is to connect dots, scout growth opportunities, and bring in the partnerships that will fuel the next generation of Web3 talent.

Your missions:

  • Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with Web3 companies, chains, and communities
  • Bring in job listings, hiring partners, and sponsorships for Mancer’s Job Station and events
  • Collaborate with the content and community team to create co-branded activations (workshops, AMAs, career expos)
  • Track and report performance metrics (leads, conversions, growth impact)
  • Stay on top of the latest Web3 hiring trends, project launches, and partnership moves

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Deep understanding of the Web3 space: you speak fluent DAO, L1, DeFi, NFT, GM vibes
  • Proven experience in BD, partnerships, or sales, preferably in tech or Web3
  • Excellent communication and pitching skills—both written and spoken
  • Bonus: You have a strong network in the crypto scene, or know where to build it fast
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote-first, startup energy
  • Twitter-native brain is a plus
