Placement : SURABAYA

As Team Leader of Business Development team, you will be responsible for leading the business growth vertically by providing perspectives regarding industry trends, competitive landscape and partner requirement. You are also expected to maintain a healthy pipeline of leads by developing and nurturing professional relationships

  • Make business plans based on company target
  • Coaching, managing and leading Hunter team to achieve monthly new disbursement and revenue target
  • Build and develop team member, including expansion new business coverage area and business segments, to generate new sales revenue
  • Strengthen relationship with clients and develop product specification based on market demands
  • Ensure that prospective customers submitted are in good quality
  • Coordinate with various department and ensure smooth implementation

Requirement

  • Must have bachelor’s degree in any field/major
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years in Banking industry with at least 2-3 years role as Team Leader for SME / Emerging Business / Commercial segment. Experience as Team Leader in P2P lending productive loan will be an advantage.
  • Proven success creating new business/partnership opportunities that yielded tangible results
  • Possess network of potential clients in sectors such as Trading company, FMCG, Food Supply, Telco, Logistic, Pharmaceutical industry, etc
  • Deep understanding of financial services and technology industry
  • Experience in negotiating and managing SME business
  • Self-starter, comfortable with fast-paced environment and results-oriented
