Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in management or other related degrees (master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in media industry, advertising, marketing strategy or related field
  • Experienced in leading a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
  • Strong leadership abilities
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and leading sales team by providing a strategic sales plan.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Presenting the benefits and features of the company's products or services to potential customers, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Monitoring the team's sales performance and addressing issues when necessary.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including campaign coordinator and community team, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
