Collaborate with the R&D team to create product formulations that meet brand standards and consumer needs.

Ensure products are aligned with industry trends and meet quality, safety, and efficacy standards.

Project Management:

Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality assurance to streamline the product development process.

Track project progress, identifying risks and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the development phase.

Research & Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive product offerings.

Work with the marketing team to align product development with brand strategy and positioning.

Stay updated on the latest innovations in cosmetic and skincare ingredients, technologies, and formulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
• 1 year experience in product development is an advantage
