Job description

To maintain relationships with agents, develop new business and renewals, and maintain relationships with platinum agents, as well as handle all administrative sales matters, in order to achieve and support the targets of Permata Hijau Branch.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Completion of a diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline; insurance diploma is an advantage.
2. At least 2 years of experience in insurance marketing.
3. Active communication skills, excellent customer service, and result-oriented mindset.
4. Passion for marketing and sales activities.
5. Detail-oriented and willing to perform administrative tasks.
6. Good knowledge of general insurance products (retail and commercial).
7. High integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, and results orientation.
8. Certification such as AAAIK or equivalent is an advantage.
9. Proficiency in English.
