A leading energy solutions company in Jakarta is seeking a Business Development Staff to manage B2B/B2G sales processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, a strong track record in achieving sales targets, and excellent skills in client management. This position offers the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Requirements: minimum D3 (high school graduates with relevant experience/background are welcome to apply). Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in B2B/B2G sales. Track record of successfully achieving sales targets. Proficient in servicing existing dealership accounts, obtaining orders, and maintaining a daily work schedule to engage with existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Job Description: Own and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of new business. Build, nurture, and execute a pipeline of potential clients through consistent outreach and follow up. Develop and maintain trusting relationships with decision makers and users. Lead client presentations and deliver product solutions to customers.
