Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, leading strategic projects, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance operations, improve customer experience, and drive long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Opportunity Analysis: Discover and assess new initiatives that align with our vision and revenue goals
2. Project Leadership: Manage strategic projects from planning to execution—ranging from tech upgrades to digital transformation
3. Feasibility & ROI Studies: Conduct deep-dive studies to evaluate project impact, financial return, and resource alignment
4. Tech Innovation: Identify and implement smart technologies (e.g., AI tools, app integrations) to enhance mall operations
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to spot patterns, assess risk, and guide business direction
6. Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to keep Pacific Place at the forefront

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or strategic project management
3. Strong background in data analysis, financial modelling & market research
4. Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional coordination
5. Familiarity with digital tools, tech integration, and the Jakarta retail market
6. Independent, results-oriented, with great communication skills
