Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university and an engineering background.
2. More than 7 years of working experience as a Business Development Manager (Logistics Warehouse and Transport).
3. Fluency in Mandarin and English (is a must).
4. Numerical and analytical skills are mandatory for this role.
5. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Strong leadership, high initiative, and high aptitude.
7. Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
8. Highly motivated, a team player, and able to work cooperatively with all levels of employees.
9. Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

1. Ensuring end-to-end project and commercial activities are well-arranged and run smoothly.
2. Ensuring new projects/markets are identified and developed.
3. Planning the annual budget.
4. Exploring the possibilities of a new business.

6. Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
7. Build a strong relationship with existing and prospective customers.
