Job description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. As a BDR, you will be on the front lines of our customer engagement strategy, responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through timely follow-ups on marketing-generated leads and proactive outbound prospecting. This is a critical role that bridges marketing and sales and plays a pivotal part in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns through calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads, identify decision-makers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Schedule discovery meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, particularly in cybersecurity, and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Follow and implement best-practice sales methodologies, including cold calling, email cadences, and social selling.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly activity goals and monthly opportunity quotas.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Experience In Lead Generation background
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Cyber Security Products/services, or IT-related
  • Experienced B2B salesperson with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels.
  • Awareness and knowledge within IT industry (Cyber Security and solution selling)
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently
  • Must have excellent account management skills including strong research exposure
  • Willing to relocate overseas (Kuala Lumpur Malaysia)
