Job description
Your Key Responsibilities
Sales & Profit Management
Oversee revenue, costs, and profitability. Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to the head office.
B2C & B2B Sales
Handle direct-to-customer (B2C) ticket sales and manage partnerships with travel agents, schools, tour operators, and event agencies (B2B2C).
Marketing Execution
Coordinate with creative and digital teams to execute campaigns (ads, KOLs, social media). Promote seasonal events and reach both local and international audiences.
Business Development
Build strategic partnerships with tourism stakeholders, develop reseller networks, and explore collaboration opportunities with public and private sectors.
Operations & Admin Oversight
Supervise on-site activities including ticketing, scheduling, customer support, and staff coordination. Ensure smooth and engaging visitor experiences every night.
Customer Experience
Implement mechanisms to collect customer feedback and continuously improve service quality.
Who We Are Looking For
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in tourism, hospitality, events, marketing, or business development is preferred (but not mandatory)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Japanese proficiency is a plus)
Familiarity with tools like spreadsheets, CRM, or ticketing systems
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, and managing field visits or partner meetings
Able to work in the night, weekend based on business needs since this is hospitality industry
