  • Generate, maintain and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants-related to TPV & TPT achievement.
  • Assist and ensure integration process for partners on-boarding.
  • Responsible for retaining existing merchants; keep merchants active and productive.
  • Responsible for good relationship with partners and banks.
  • Gather merchant’s feedback.
  • Understand the problems and challenges of merchants and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
  • Handle administrative works related to merchant's data (e.g craft new sales proposals and contract renewals).
