Business Development Manager at Timedoor Academy

Hello! We are Timedoor Academy, a rapidly expanding educational institution offering online and offline programming courses for students aged 5-18 across Asia, including Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Egypt, and more.

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to work from our Headquarters in Denpasar, Bali. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing financial data, communicating with customers and the team, and providing customer service.

Job Description:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
• Manage and evaluate the team’s performance
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities
• Create regular reports on campaign performance, sales, and customer insights

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, digital marketing, or sales
• Experience in the edutech industry, especially in IT/Programming, is a plus
• Good understanding of digital marketing strategies that follow current trends
• Creative, proactive, and dynamic in finding and executing business growth opportunities
• Strong Customer Service abilities
