Job Descriptions
- Research companies to contact.
- Initiate relationships with potential Managers or CEOs.
- Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and schedule introductory meetings.
- Make cold and warm calls to follow up or preempt email communications, manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Experiment with outreach strategies to identify effective approaches.
- Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to provide product feedback and request features.
- Identify new opportunities for Accounting or HR Software to expand our reach.
- Work with marketing to generate leads and set appointments.
- Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to set qualified appointments.
- Maintain customer contact records diligently.
- Participate in community activities to promote our software solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with mid-level and senior executives.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Desire to achieve results and improve continuously.
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and SaaS or IT product sales (preferred but not required).
- Track record of exceeding quotas is a plus.
- Proficiency with productivity and web presentation tools.
- Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and receptiveness to feedback.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to self-manage.
- Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus.
