Responsibilities

  • Research companies to contact.
  • Establish relationships with potential Managers or CEOs.
  • Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and book introductory meetings.
  • Make cold and warm calls to follow up or preempt email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, and closing.
  • Experiment with outreach strategies to identify effective approaches.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to provide product feedback and feature requests.
  • Identify new opportunities in Accounting or HR Software markets to expand our footprint.
  • Work with marketing to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Use strong selling and influencing skills to set qualified appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contacts.
  • Participate in community networking activities to promote our software solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with mid-level and senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused; competitive and proactive.
  • Desire to achieve results and improve daily.
  • Experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (preferably to SMEs/SMBs); fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas is a plus.
  • Proficiency with productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with good self-management skills.
  • Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
