Job Descriptions
  1. Research companies to contact.
  2. Initiate relationships with potential Accountants or Business Managers for Business Development Sales roles for Accounting Products.
  3. Make cold and warm calls to contacts to follow up or preempt email communications, manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to demo to closing.
  4. Experiment with outreach strategies to identify successful approaches.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to deliver product feedback and feature requests.
  6. Work with marketing to discover opportunities from leads and set appointments.
  7. Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
  8. Log, track, and maintain customer contact records.
Requirements/Qualifications
  1. Preferably have an accounting/management background.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Comfortable speaking with mid-level and senior executives.
  4. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  5. Analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused, scrappy, and competitive.
  6. Desire to drive results and improve daily.
  7. Experience in selling or marketing is a plus but not required.
  8. 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs/SMBs) is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
  9. Track record of over-achieving quotas is a plus.
  10. Proficient with productivity and web presentation tools.
  11. Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and feedback-oriented mindset.
  12. Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage.
  13. Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus.
  14. Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
