Business Development Manager (Yogyakarta)

Requirements
  1. 5 years leadership experience in sales, preferably in a logistics company
  2. Homebased in Yogyakarta
  3. Experience in Cargo logistics
  4. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  6. Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
  7. A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
  8. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  9. Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
  10. Strong networker & relationship builder, highly goal-driven, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  11. Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
  12. Hands-on knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
  13. Experience across several industries (Logistics, Cold Chain, FnB, etc.)
  14. Strong network with Beauty, Healthcare & FnB Industries
  15. Good analytical capability for market mapping
