Une entreprise bien établie cherche un Responsable du Développement Commercial pour élargir ses canaux de vente dans le secteur ferroviaire en Indonésie. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'expansion commerciale et la gestion des relations clients, avec une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'indonésien. Ce rôle implique des déplacements réguliers et demande une capacité à analyser les tendances du marché pour formuler des stratégies efficaces.
Actively develop new sales channels for railway industry, develop strategies to attract potential customers and establish long term partnerships with potential account managers or CEOs. Establish co-operation with local distributors, agents, retailers, etc. in Indonesia to expand the coverage of the rail market.
Conduct in-depth research on the Indonesian market, analyse market trends, competitors' status and potential sales opportunities, and formulate sales channel expansion strategies in line with the characteristics of the local market.
2.Market Information Collection and Feedback
Pay close attention to the market dynamics in Indonesia, changes in industry policies and regulations, as well as the latest trends of competitors, collect relevant information and provide timely feedback to the company's management.
Based on the analysis of market information, provide valuable suggestions for the company's product research and development, marketing and strategic planning, etc., to help the company's sustainable development in the Indonesian market.
3.Customer Relationship Management
Responsible for establishing long-term stable and in-depth co-operation relationship with local customers in Indonesia, visiting customers regularly to understand their business needs and pain points, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of sales channels, including screening, evaluation, training and motivation of channel partners, to ensure that channel members can efficiently promote and sell company products or services.
Requirements
At least a degree from a Public University (UI, UGM, UNPAD, etc.). No restriction on major.
Experienced and having good exposures in railway industry related field is preferred and relevant customer resources are preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in business expansion and client development, strong ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) and excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Willing to travel domestically or internationally.
