Actively explore new sales channels for port machinery, develop strategies to attract potential customers and establish long-term partnerships with potential account managers or CEOs. Establish co-operation with local dealers, agents and retailers in Indonesia to expand the market coverage of port machinery.
Conduct in-depth research on the Indonesian market, analyse market trends, competitors' status and potential sales opportunities, and formulate sales channel expansion strategies in line with the characteristics of the local market.
Market Information Collection and Feedback
Pay close attention to the market dynamics in Indonesia, changes in industry policies and regulations, as well as the latest trends of competitors, collect relevant information and provide timely feedback to the company's management.
Based on the analysis of market information, provide valuable suggestions for the company's product research and development, marketing and strategic planning to help the company's sustainable development in the Indonesian market.
Customer Relationship Management
Responsible for establishing long-term stable and in-depth co-operation relationship with local customers in Indonesia, visiting customers regularly to understand their business needs and pain points, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of sales channels, including channel partner selection, evaluation, training and incentives, to ensure that channel members can efficiently promote and sell the company's products or services.
Requirements:
Minimum of a relevant degree in Engineering Mechanics, Port Logistics, Business, Marketing from a reputable university (UI, UGM, UNPAD, etc.).
At least 5 years experience in business expansion and customer development, strong ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) and excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience in port machinery sales related field is preferred, with relevant customer resources.
Willing to travel domestically or internationally.
