Job description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields
• Minimum of 3 to 5 professional experience in Business Development, preferably for representing a cybersecurity, IT services, or technology-sectors businesses
• Strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and managed services such as for SOC, SIEM, EDR, or other related solution
• Familiar with service catalog, service-level agreements (SLAs), incident response processes, and compliance-driven security needs
• Experienced in working with SOC teams, MDR providers, or compliance-driven environments (ISO 27001,NIST, etc.) is an advantage
• Possessing a Cybersecurity Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) are a plus point
• Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills
• Ability to translate technical offerings into business value for C-level and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Adaptable, quick to learn new technologies and industry developments
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with teams
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); Other languages are a plus

Job Description:

• Identify new markets, industry verticals, and potential clients for managed cybersecurity solutions (e.g., SOC as a Service, SIEM, MDR, etc.)
• Proactively approach prospects, schedule meetings, and convert leads into long-term clients
• Craft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and tailored cybersecurity service packages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Understand client business-needs and translating them into appropriate managed security solutions
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, feedback, and escalations
• Work closely with cybersecurity operations, GRC, and product teams to align offerings with client needs
• Provide market insights and client feedback to improve service offerings and delivery
• Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and emerging technologies
• Maintain a solid understanding of core offerings: Managed SOC, Threat Detection, EDR, Vulnerability Management, etc.
• Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on key business development metrics
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
