Cook Solutions Group (CSG) is on the hunt for a Full-Time Business Development Manager. If you're a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving complex problems with cutting-edge solutions—this is your next big move.
Location: This position can be based in Colorada, Idaho, Spokane, WA or Montana – You must reside in one of these states.
Compensation: $85K+ quarterly bonus - base salary negotiable DOE

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be on the front lines of our growth strategy, connecting with new clients, identifying market opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term partners.
Drive new revenue by launching and executing strategic sales campaigns
Identify, engage, and close qualified leads that align with CSG’s technology solutions
Work closely with Technical Account Managers to deliver tailored, high-impact proposals
Expand existing accounts by introducing recurring revenue service offerings
Build relationships through cold calls, scheduled meetings, demos, and in-person presentations
Partner with our Agreements Team to implement and renew service agreements
Collaborate with internal teams across service, operations, and accounting for a seamless client experience
Stay sharp with deep product and industry knowledge to deliver expert-level consultation
Track progress and touchpoints through our CRM while keeping leadership in the loop
A track record of 4+ years in B2B sales, preferably in complex or technical solutions
A passion for building relationships and delivering value through high-level communication
Strong understanding of tech-driven environments and the ability to speak “solution language”
Ability to navigate multi-level client organizations and close large-scale deals
Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required if you’ve got the right experience!)
Experience with service agreements, renewals, and customer lifecycle management
Self-starter mentality with a collaborative spirit and desire to exceed expectations
