Job Description
- Lead sales and market expansion efforts, focusing on achieving key performance indicators in line with the distribution network's goals.
- Build and maintain a robust system of distribution partners, ensuring regular performance evaluations.
- Supervise the activities of distributor sales teams, offering support in identifying job specifications and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Track the progress of new construction and renovation projects from beginning to completion.
- Engage with developers, architects, and contractors throughout project lifecycles to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with distributors to update them on product developments, monitor ongoing projects, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research on product trends, competitors, and industry shifts to refine strategies.
- Convert product specifications into confirmed orders, tracking project progress and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Deliver clear and compelling presentations to communicate product details and technical specifications to a variety of audiences.

- Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical specifications and value propositions in a compelling and clear manner.
- In-depth understanding of the sales process for premium architectural materials, especially in relation to specifications-driven sales.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing product specifications and tracking project progress.
- Analytical mindset, using data to guide decision-making and strategies.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a sharp eye for detail in all tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:- Experience: 5 to 8 years in a B2B sales role, preferably within the building materials sector. Experience in the premium architectural finishing material industry is highly advantageous.
- Education: A degree in Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written), with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical details to a broad audience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking project status.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for client meetings and travel.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
