Job Responsibilities:

Research and expand opportunities with Chinese and Chinese-Indonesian international trade and e-commerce companies in Indonesia

Provide one-stop cross-border financial solutions (local accounts, FX, settlement, tax refunds, same-name top-ups, etc.)

Build partnerships with factories, logistics companies, chambers of commerce, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agencies

Collaborate with product, risk, and back-office teams to tailor and optimize solutions

Enhance customer satisfaction and improve market penetration

Requirements:

  • FLUENT in CHINESE (SPOKEN & WRITTEN) is required, essential for client communication
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales in Indonesia, with good knowledge of local culture and environment
  • Experience in factories, trade, e-commerce, or related supply chains; preferably in cross-border trade or e-commerce platform sales/BD
  • Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and execution skills
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient and able to independently explore sales channels and resources
  • BONUS: Existing resources in Chinese-Indonesian factories, logistics or chambers of commerce
