What will you do

Identify, approach, and secure new business partners (Mitra Crewdible) to support company growth.

Explore and acquire new Daily Worker Partners in line with operational needs.

Calculate and provide custom pricing for Crewdible and other tailored solutions.

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including providing system training to ensure smooth integration.

Oversee client onboarding, ensuring they receive system training and support for a seamless experience.

Monitor, manage, and ensure availability of consumables and packaging materials (matpack) to support client operations.

What are the requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales Operations (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry).

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics, or similar major is welcome.

Proven track record in partner sourcing, client acquisition, and business negotiation.

Strong analytical skills with experience in custom pricing and financial modeling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse management, or consumable supply management is a must

Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
