A healthcare solutions company based in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop sales strategies. You will manage a team, expand business within the medical and healthcare sector, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Candidates should have a successful sales track record and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for sales campaigns and product launches.
Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and ethical standards.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts and partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of medical industry regulations and compliance.
Fluency in English (Mandarin or other languages is a plus).
Willingness to travel as required.
